To normalise function to these systems, there by aiding natural healing of the body without the use of medication or surgery.

What to expect at a session

Subsequent sessions involve a brief chat about progress, examination and treatment which may include manipulation of the spine and or other joints as necessary soft tissue massage, stretching, mobilisation techniques, exercises and advice (some or all of the above)
