Naturopathy
is a multi-disciplinary approach to health care, which
encourages and promotes the body’s natural self
healing mechanisms.
I employ orthodox and alternative diagnostic methods
and treatment modalities to prevent ill health and guide
the patient back to optimum health.
Treatment modalities include nutrition & lifestyle
advice, herbal medicine, tissue salts, Bach Flower remedies,
stress management breathing techniques, aromatherapy
and massage.
Cleanse and Detox therapy is fundamental to my work
Acupuncture
Acupuncture
is a natural healing system that originated in China
over 2000 years ago. Today it is widely used in the
West and the World Health Organisation has identified
acupuncture in the treatment of a wide range of medical
problems. Fine needles (sterile & disposable) are
applied to stimulate invisible lines of energy running
beneath the skin. This effects a change in the energy
balance of the body and mind, and works to restore health.
I use acupuncture & acupressure massage to stimulate
healing with other naturopathic therapies.

1.5 hour consultation and treatment - £45.00
The
initial consultation (naturopathic and/or acupuncture)
involves a detailed history and a treatment. This usually
takes about 1.5hours. Follow up treatments then last
for approximately 45 min- 1hour. The number of treatments
needed varies with each individual and the condition
being treated

therefore help you to treat any health problems naturally
for which you would normally seek medical advice.
