Integrative Arts Psychotherapy

What is Integrative Arts Therapy?
Emotions and experiences that have been repressed in the past can limit the way people behave in the present. In Integrative Arts Psychotherapy the creative arts are used to mobilise the imagination and gain access to unconscious processes. Awareness can then be used to bring about the process of change in whatever areas have been identified as causing problems.

What to expect in an Integrative Arts Therapy session

To be listened to non-judgementally
To be offered the opportunity to explore their thoughts and feelings safely through words and arts media.
To be encouraged to devise strategies which will help them to cope with problems and to bring about changes.

What can Integrative Arts Therapy treat?
Depression
Low Self Esteem
Lack on confidence
Unwanted Habits
Indecision
Anxiety
Relationship Difficulties
Feelings of Despair
Grief
Stress
