The term ‘Naturopath’ describes a practitioner
who applies natural therapy.

poor diet, and stress play an enormous role in the degradation
of health, a Naturopath’s ability to apply natural
methods of healing is of considerable importance. By
using natural therapies he or she is able to treat both
acute and chronic ailments successfully.

What
can a client expect at a session with Brina?
Brina offers an hour's session that includes a full
consultation, MSAS allergy test, test report and written
recommendations. see allergy test

She also offers a half hour session that includes just
the MSAS food allergy test and printed test report and
verbal recommendations.
Brina will have a discussion with you and may do an
examination including tongue and pulse diagnosis, pH
testing and iridology. This is followed by the MSAS
screening and report.
Brina will give you written recommendations including
diet and lifestyle, supplements, remedies and possibly
a cleansing & detoxification programme. Other treatments
may include acupuncture, manual lymphatic drainage,
reflexology or reiki.
A follow-up consultation is recommended after four weeks
so that you and Brina and monitor progress, discuss
difficulties and do further tests as necessary.
