Neuro-Muscular Massage

What is Neuro-Muscular Massage?

Neuro-muscular Massage is a technique that has been proved to be an effective but gentle massage protocol that targets soft tissue changes without causing the patient discomfort. An effective light massage that promotes the restoration of the body without side effects. Ideal for the older client

What can it Treat?

Excessive tension in a muscle will cause it to pull tight on the muscles tendon, which is load detector sending information to the central nervous system, which regulates muscle tension. Specific Deep tissue techniques will inhibit the neural messages causing relaxation through the whole muscle.

What to expect at a massage session
Confidentiality and a treatment that is right for them.
New clients will receive a full consultation prior to receiving the massage.
