Nutritional
Therapy
What is Nutritional Therapy ?
Nutritional
Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion
of health, peak performance, disease prevention and patient care.
In common with other complementary therapies, each client is considered
holistically, rather than looking at a specific problem or condition
in isolation.
Whether you have an existing diagnosed condition, you want to manage
your weight, or you just don’t feel quite right, this holistic
approach is important, as apparently unconnected symptoms are often
clues to the larger picture.

Catherine
Blount
BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy, MBANT
I
spent the first two decades of my working life in engineering,
but have always been interested in food and nutrition.
After the birth of my first child, I began retraining
as a nutritional therapist and, when pregnant with my
second child, I left the engineering industry to set
up my own business.
Since 2000, I have been providing one-to-one nutritional
therapy for private clients, as well as offering a range
of workshops, seminars and consultancy to business.
