TThe treatment & management of injuries is essential to ensure that full mobility & strength is regained after any trauma to the body so that you can return back to full functional capacity. Not only should the site of an injury be treated there are other important factors to consider.

Injury can give rise to short-term postural changes due to pain & dysfunction as well as through compensation. These postural changes can often remain after the initial injury has recovered & these can add to secondary injuries & problems occurring. Assessments for Injuries, if managed quickly & efficiently can be treated in such a way that the effected part is returned back to full strength, flexibility & condition without further incident occurring.

For specific injuries or problem areas with a full rehabilitation programme. Helping to Maintain maximum fitness for anyone involved in sports. Returning you to full fitness safely and efficiently

What can it Treat?
• Assessments for, Postural imbalances & biomechanical problems.
• Treatment through soft tissue release, deep tissue, neuro-muscular & remedial massage
• Cryotherapy & Thermal treatment modalities
Scar tissue manipulation
• Joint remobilisation.
• Rehabilitation exercises programmes, including progressive stretching & strengthening programmes returning you back to clinical fitness.
Functional rehabilitation to restore specific skills & movement patterns to pre-injury levels.
• Home advice & education.
After care advice & management.
